Dodgers' Fabio Castillo: Added to big club

Castillo was called up Friday, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.

Castillo joins the legion of Los Angeles's roster expansion call-ups. Expect the Dodgers to make extended use of September call-ups out of the bullpen to ensure that their core relievers are as healthy and rested as possible come October.
