Dodgers' Jimmie Sherfy: Shifts to 60-day IL

Sherfy (elbow) was transferred to the 60-day injured list Sunday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

The right-hander landed on the injured list July 24 with elbow inflammation, and he'll now be sidelined until late September. It's unclear if Sherfy is expected to be healthy when he's eligible to be activated.
