Giants' Joey Bart: Lands on IL with groin strain

Bart was placed on the 10-day injured list with a left groin strain.

Bart dealt with an issue on the other side of his groin last month, but this appears to be a new injury. He'll be eligible to return later this month, although it's not clear at this point whether he'll be ready at that time. Patrick Bailey is taking his roster spot and should share catching duties with Blake Sabol while Bart is out.
