Indians' Joba Chamberlain: Return will be delayed

Chamberlain (ribs) won't be activated from the 15-day DL until Wednesday, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.

Danny Salazar will be missing his start Tuesday due to shoulder fatigue, forcing the Indians to keep Cody Anderson on the roster to make the spot start. Hence, Chamberlain will need to wait another day to return to the Cleveland bullpen.
