Chamberlain declined his Triple-A assignment and is now a free agent, Chris Assenheimer of the Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Chamberlain pitched 20 innings for Cleveland this season and posted a 2.25 ERA and 1.15 WHIP. His designation was bit of a surprise after having a good season, but he'll likely find a new team before long.
