Moore went 0-for-2 with a stolen base in Wednesday's 3-1 loss to the Nationals.
He got hit by a pitch in the third inning and promptly stole second base, but it was just one of the scoring chances squandered by a Seattle lineup that stranded a whopping 17 runners on the afternoon. Moore has started only two of the last eight games, and while he is up to 15 steals on the season, the 30-year-old hasn't offered much production otherwise, batting .206 through 85 games with five homers, 16 RBI and 29 runs.
