The Orioles promoted Norby from High-A Aberdeen to Double-A Bowie on Monday, Nathan Ruiz of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Norby was one of three top Orioles prospects elevated Monday to Bowie, with outfielder Colton Cowser and infielder Coby Mayo also joining him in making the jump from Aberdeen. The 22-year-old infielder hit .237 with eight home runs, six stolen bases and an 8.8 percent walk rate across 209 plate appearances at High-A.
