Orioles' DJ Stewart: Losing work with Santander back

Stewart is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers.

Stewart will sit for the second time in the series, and his time as a regular in the lineup versus right-handed pitching now looks to be over with Anthony Santander having returned from the COVID-19 injured list Friday. Santander and Austin Hays are projected to serve as the Orioles' primary corner outfielders in most games, and Stewart won't have a path to steady at-bats at designated hitter since that position is blocked with Trey Mancini or Ryan Mountcastle typically handling those duties.
