Phillies' Trevor Richards: Inks minors deal with Phillies

The Phillies signed Richards to a minor-league contract Dec. 11.

Richards spent most of this past season in the minors, allowing five runs over 5.2 innings between the Royals and Diamondbacks during his brief time in the big leagues. The 32-year-old should begin 2026 at Triple-A Lehigh Valley and offers the flexibility to serve in a rotation or bullpen role.
