Pirates' Eric Stout: Recalled by Pirates

Stout was recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis on Thursday.

Stout made 13 relief appearances for the Pirates between August and early September, and he posted a 4.73 ERA and 2.03 WHIP in 13.1 innings across that span. He should serve mainly as a low-leverage reliever for Pittsburgh after Tyler Beede was designated for assignment Thursday.
