White recently underwent UCL internal brace surgery on his right elbow and is facing a six-month recovery timeline, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.
White has been on the injured list since Aug. 5 due to a right elbow strain, and he'll miss the remainder of the season following his procedure. However, the Rangers are hopeful that the 27-year-old will be cleared to return late in spring training in 2022. White appeared in 64 games during the 2021 campaign and slashed .177/.259/.308 with six homers, 26 runs, 15 RBI and four stolen bases.
