Rangers' Ryan Dorow: Makes MLB debut

Dorow started at third base and went 0-for-3 with a walk in Thursday's 10-6 loss to Cleveland.

Dorow became the 24th rookie used by Texas this season. The list of currently injured Rangers includes third basemen Brock Holt (illness) and Charlie Culberson (illness), leaving opportunities for players like Dorow, Andy Ibanez and Yonny Hernandez. Dorow was a 30th-round pick in 2017 out of Adrian College (Michigan).
