Red Sox's Tyler Danish: Tests positive for COVID-19

Danish (forearm) tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Danish made three rehab appearances at Triple-A Worcester over the last week and posted a 2.45 ERA and 2.18 WHIP in 3.2 innings. However, he'll now need to spend some time away from the team, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him make a few more rehab starts to regain his conditioning once he clears the league's health and safety protocols.
