Jazz's Greg Monroe: Not expected to debut Sunday

Monroe is not expected to debut for the Jazz on Sunday against Dallas, Tony Jones of The Athletic reports.

The veteran joined the Jazz on a 10-day deal earlier in the day, but the team is not expecting to have him available until Tuesday's game at the Clippers. With Hassan Whiteside nursing a sprained foot, Monroe could find himself as the backup to Rudy Gobert should Whiteside miss additional time beyond Sunday.
