Jazz's Otto Porter: Ruled out once again

Porter (not with team) won't play Sunday against the Spurs.

Porter has yet to make his Utah debut since being acquired from the Raptors on Feb. 8, and all signs point to him being closer to agreeing to a buyout rather than playing for Utah.
