Kings' Malik Monk: Won't play Wednesday

Monk (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday's preseason game against the Clippers, Sean Cunningham of Fox 40 Sacramento reports.

Monk missed practice Tuesday due to illness and will remain sidelined Wednesday as the issue persists. The guard will have one final chance to see preseason action Friday against the Lakers before the calendar flips to the regular season.
