Lakers' Christian Wood: Another absence coming

Wood (knee) is out for Saturday's game against the Spurs, Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Wood has yet to suit up for the Lakers this season. His next chance to feature will come in the rematch against the Spurs on Monday.
