Magic's Tim Frazier: Signs second 10-day contract

Frazier signed a second 10-day hardship contract with the Magic on Friday, NBA writer Marc Stein reports.

Frazier has appeared in five games with the Magic, and he joined the starting lineup in his most recent outing. He's averaged 4.6 points and 3.4 assists in 20.0 minutes per game to begin his time with the team.
