The Mavericks signed Lucas to an Exhibit 10 contract Friday.
Lucas will join the club on a non-guaranteed deal, though he will likely end up with its G League affiliate -- the Texas Legends -- for the 2024-25 campaign. The 24-year-old is coming off his fifth collegiate season, during which he averaged 17.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists across 32.6 minutes in 34 regular-season outings for Nevada.
