Raptors' Otto Porter: Sitting out Friday

Porter (hamstring) will not suit up for Friday's game against the Rockets, Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca reports.

Porter has been sidelined early in camp by a hamstring issue that head coach Nick Nurse indicated would cost Porter "a little while." It's worth monitoring his status throughout the preseason, but he still has a couple of weeks to get in shape ahead of the Oct. 19 opener versus the Cavaliers.
