Wooga Poplar: Cut loose by Chicago

Poplar was waived by the Bulls on Thursday.

Poplar was brought in on an Exhibit 10 deal in late June. He'll be a candidate to join Chicago's G League club, the Windy City Bulls, following Monday's release.
