49ers' Chris Conley: Signing with San Francisco

Conley and the 49ers agreed to terms on a one-year deal Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Conley bounced between the Titans' practice squad and active roster last year after spending time with both the Texans and Chiefs earlier in the season, and he caught four of his seven targets for 46 yards in nine games. The 2015 third-round pick now will head to San Francisco for the upcoming campaign and compete for a spot as a depth receiver.
