Browns' Rahim Moore: Signs with Cleveland

The Browns have signed Moore, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Moore, who was cut after one disappointing season with the Texans, will look to revive his career with Cleveland, where he figures to compete for time at free safety with Jordan Poyer.
