Chiefs' Mitch Morse: Ruled out Sunday

Morse (concussion) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Morse sustained a concussion during Kansas City's loss to the Patriots in Week 6, and has yet to fully recover. The Chiefs could opt once again to shift Jordan Devey to center and start Andrew Wylie at right guard during Sunday's game against Cincinnati.
