Dru Samia: Waived with injury settlement

Samia (hamstring) was waived from injured reserve with an injury settlement Wednesday.

Samia played 13 games (four starts) with the Vikings last season, but he couldn't stay healthy during training camp. The 24-year-old is now a free agent and can sign another contract once healthy.
