Izaiah Gathings: Dropped by Steelers

The Steelers waived Gathings on Wednesday, Brian Batko of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

The 23-year-old tight end was picked up by the Steelers just last week, but the team has now decided to move in a different direction. Gathings, who also spent time with the Chiefs' practice squad in 2023, will now look elsewhere for another opportunity.
