James Morgan: Restored from COVID-19 list

Morgan (undisclosed) was restored to the Colts' practice squad from the practice squad COVID-19 list Monday.

After clearing protocols, Morgan is eligible to return to team facilities. The 2020 fourth-round pick has spent time on the Jets' and Colts' practice squads this season, but he has yet to suit up for a game.
