Josh Gordon: Cut by Chiefs

The Chiefs are releasing Gordon, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Suspensions typically derailed Gordon in the past, but at this point the 31-year-old might just not be quick enough to warrant playing time and a roster spot. The Chiefs will go with younger players for depth spots at wide receiver.
