Kenny Pickett: Shows off arm at pro day

Pickett threw multiple passes that traveled over 60 yards in the air at his recent pro day, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Perhaps the bigger storyline out of Pickett's pro day did not occur on the field, as he re-measured his hands, which checked in at 8.63 inches after being listed as 8.5 inches during the combine. "The stretches work. It's the reason why I've been doing them. If it helped getting an eight of an inch, I'll take it," Pickett said. The fact remains that Pickett's hands would still be among the smallest for a current starting quarterback in the league. Teams will now have to determine how much Pickett's hand size truly matters relative to how they value his collegiate film and production. Pickett still remains a projected first-round selection regardless of the oft-discussed narrative surrounding hand size.
