Lions' Penei Sewell: All set for TNF

Sewell (shoulder) is active for Thursday night's contest against the Cowboys.

Sewell will be able to play through the shoulder injury he suffered earlier in the week. The 25-year-old will operate in his typical starting role at right tackle versus Dallas.
