Martin Ifedi: Heads to waivers with injury tag

Ifedi (ankle) was waived/injured Saturday by the Falcons.

Ifedi hasn't played a regular season snap during his two seasons in the league due to his lack of athleticism. He's expected to clear waivers and revert to injured reserve
