Mike Panasiuk: Waived by Carolina

The Panthers waived Panasiuk (undisclosed) with an injury designation Tuesday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

Panasiuk was competing for a depth gig at center, but he will now revert to season-ending injured reserve if he clears waivers unclaimed.
