Packers S Sean Richardson placed on IR

Packers safety Sean Richardson has been placed on the season-ending injured reserve, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports.

This move shouldn't come as much of a surprise considering Richardson was expected to miss the rest of the season after suffering his second herniated disk of his career. The Packers have been ultra-safe with neck injuries in years past.
