Pheldarius Payne: Let loose by Houston

Payne was waived by the Texans on Wednesday, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Houston had signed Payne as an undrafted free agent in April. He'll now be able to get an opportunity with another NFL team.
