Seth Williams: Waived with injury designation

Williams (undisclosed) was waived/injured by the Raiders on Sunday.

Williams signed with the Raiders in late July but appears to have sustained an injury early in the preseason. The wide receiver is now eligible to be claimed by the remainder of the league, but if he goes unclaimed, he'll revert to injured reserve with Las Vegas.
