Titans' Josh Thompson: Ready to practice

Thompson was activated from the active/non-football illness list Monday, John Glennon of SI.com reports.

Thompson will now be able to practice with the team and get to work on earning a spot on the final 53-man roster. The 24-year-old was able to make six appearances with the Titans last season, seeing all of his work on special teams.
