Tommylee Lewis: Let go by Panthers

Lewis (hamstring) was waived/injured by Carolina on Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Lewis missed Tuesday's practice due to the hamstring issue, and, as evidenced by this news, the injury appears to be serious. If the veteran goes unclaimed on waivers, he'll revert to the team's injured reserve for the 2020 season barring an injury settlement.
