Tony Brown: Back on practice squad

Washington re-signed Brown to the practice squad Wednesday.

Brown had a stint on the practice squad earlier this year before being promoted to the active roster, but he didn't record any offensive statistics during his only appearance (Week 7 versus Dallas). The undrafted rookie out of Colorado will work to continue progressing in his development.
