Lehtonen is considered day-to-day with a lower-body issue, Blue Jackets team reporter Jeff Svoboda reports.

Lehtonen played in 17 games for the Jackets last season in which he registered three assists, 24 shots and 25 hits while averaging 18:00 of ice time. The Finnish blueliner is far from a lock for the lineup on a game-to-game basis and will likely need to watch from the press box from time to time. As such, Lehtonen shouldn't;t be expected to offer more than low-end fantasy value.
