Rakell recorded a power-play assist, two shots on goal and three blocked shots in Wednesday's 5-2 loss to the Avalanche.
Rakell went to the locker room during the first period after blocking a shot, but he was able to finish the game. The 28-year-old set up Sonny Milano for the opening tally in the contest. Rakell has a goal and an assist in two games since he returned from an upper-body injury. He's at five goals, one assist, 36 shots on net and 10 blocked shots through 10 appearances this year.
