Flyers' Noah Cates: Gets goal after net drive

Cates scored a goal in Thursday's 2-1 loss to Florida.

Late in the second, Cates won an offensive zone faceoff and rushed the net, snagging a rebound and wiring a shot over the head of Sergei Bobrovsky. The 26-year-old winger works hard and is coming off a career-high 37 points, including 16 goals. Cates may offer value off the waiver wire at some point in the future.
