Islanders' Cole Bardreau: Placed on waivers

Bardreau was waived by the Islanders on Wednesday, Sportsnet's Chris Johnston reports.

Look for Bardreau to head to AHL Bridgeport in the likely event he passes through waivers unclaimed. The 28-year-old winger hasn't appeared in an NHL contest since 2019-20, when he picked up two points in 10 appearances with the Isles.
