Bardreau was promoted from the taxi squad to the active roster Thursday.
Bardreau hasn't appeared in an NHL game since the 2019-20 season but he'll have a chance to suit up Thursday against Buffalo. He has six points through 10 games with AHL Bridgeport this season.
