Islanders' Dmytro Timashov: Hits waiver wire

Timashov was waived by the Islanders on Wednesday, Sportsnet's Chris Johnston reports.

Timashov appeared in just one game with the Isles last season, going scoreless while posting a minus-2 rating in 7:13 of ice time. Don't expect the 25-year-old winger to get many looks with the big club in 2021-22.
