Mikko Lehtonen: Signs KHL deal

Lehtonen signed a four-year contract with SKA St. Petersburg of the KHL on Sunday, Sportsnet's Chris Johnston reports.

Lehtonen was offered an AHL contract by the Blue Jackets in early October, but he refused, which led to the termination of his one-year NHL deal. Given that the 27-year-old has signed on for four years in Russia, this likely signals the end of his NHL career.
