Sabres' Sean Malone: On waivers

Malone was waived by Buffalo on Tuesday, Sportsnet's Chris Johnston reports.

Malone will almost certainly join the Sabres' AHL affiliate if he passes through waivers unclaimed. The 26-year-old pivot picked up an assist in his lone appearance with the Predators last season.
