Stars' Ben Bishop: Moves to LTIR

Bishop (knee) was placed on long-term injured reserve, Matthew DeFranks of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Bishop was expected to start the year on long-term injured reserve and there hasn't been much information about when he might return. While he's gone, Dallas will use some combination of Braden Holtby, Anton Khudobin and Jake Oettinger in net.
