It may not yet be on the level of football, baseball or basketball, but with plays like this ultimate Frisbee continues to make itself known in the sports world.
This grab comes courtesy of Jeff Silverman, a player for the the L.A. Aviators of the AUDL (American Ultimate Disc League), who shows supreme athleticism isn't unique to the major sports.
With the disc over his head, Silverman jumps to catch it. But while he's in the air the disc starts to curve behind him, and Sliverman is forced to reach out with his left hand to make a seemingly impossible catch.
According to the AUDL website, the Aviators went on to beat the San Diego Growlers, 26-18. Los Angeles improves to 2-3 with the win.
