Novak Djokovic looked sharp early on against Roger Federer, but took a scary fall midway through the first set when his foot slid out from under him.

It didn't seem as though the slip was due to any moisture on the court following the three-plus hour rain delay, but it was a nervous moment for the world's No. 1 player.

The end result of that slip and fall was Djokovic having a pretty nasty scrape on his elbow and wrist.

Djokovic, who was up a break and serving at the time of the fall, dropped six of the next seven points to let Federer break him back and get back on serve in the first set.

After those two games were completed, Djokovic received a quick visit from the trainer during the break to get some treatment on that scrape and broke Federer's serve again in the next set.
