Dodgers pitcher Joel Peralta is dealing with a case of dead arm and has no shoulder strength, according to MLB.com.

Peralta, who also dealt with a pain in his neck to begin the year, did not rule out the possibility of a DL stint. Peralta is 1-0 on the year with three saves in 5 2/3 innings.
